Heater: BL Mini unit modified with Mondeo electrical flap actuator and four-speed operation

Fuel/Spark control: self-built Megasquirt ECU with 3D mapping
Exhaust sensing: Innovate O2 sensor, LC-1 controller with outputs to ECU and G2 AFR gauge
Exhaust Exhaust manifold: custom built stainless steel 4-into-1
Silencer: custom built stainless steel single can, side exit
Brakes    All components except master cylinders are standard Sierra 1.8 CVH items from donor car
Front: Teeves single pot calipers, 240mm vented discs
